Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on purchased items. However, we are happy to assist with exchanges, subject to the conditions below.
EXCHANGES
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges may be made for a different size or style. Replacement items must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. If the new item is priced higher, the difference must be paid by the customer.
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Custom or made-to-order garments, including pieces produced based on submitted measurements
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can review and assist you.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted, as orders may already be in process.
